We do not use gimmicks and over charge on products to then offer "free shipping" All Australian orders received will be a flat rate of $10.95 regardless of how many items purchased so its better for you the customer to stock up verses buying one item only. However. Wood Items are not included in the flat rate option, you can still go through check out as normal, and if the shipping charges are more we will send a request of payment for shipping. If you are happy with the charges we can continue and send the items out as soon as payment has been received.

We ship with Australia Post. All parcels/items will be sent via registered post for your delivery safety. Orders will be packaged with maximum care to ensure items are received in the best possible condition. In doing so we are not responsible for any damage caused by Australia Post negligence and handling.

We aim to provide you with your goods purchased as quickly as possible! Your item/s will be packed and ready to ship within 24/48 hours after payment received, during week days. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday, will go out first thing Monday Morning. Australia Post can take 3-5 days for most capitals, 5-7 days for regional.

Although this store has not been set up for International orders, How ever, If you are An International customer who would like place an an order, we will always take time to help, and do a separate order for you and supply exact shipping rates to your address/country. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order of damaged stock or errors, and we will be more than happy to correct the situation. All returns must be received within 14 working days. We do not accept returns or refund stock if you simply change your mind.

In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or let you know when/if the item will be available.
